(Day 55)

Kale and White Bean Soup.

  • Kale (washed)
  • 1 Can of Cannellini beans (drained)
  • salt (you determine)
  • Box of Chicken broth (use the whole box)
  • Crushed Cayenne Pepper (just a pinch)
  • Garlic powder (just a little)
  • Chopped Celery
  • Chopped Onion

Put it all in at once.

25 Minutes.. Until Kale is fully cooked, if you like the vegetables to be crunchy obviously don’t cook it as long.

A lot of the ingredients you really have to determine yourself according to your taste.
